Ross Clinchy, Principal

Ross Clinchy, Ph.D., is an organizational consultant and psychologist with an interest in the processes that shape thinking and behavior in work settings and in the organizational structure and conditions that support productivity and creative problem solving. Ross received his Ph.D. in psychology from the City University of New York and his Master's Degree from the New School for Social Research.

He has over fifteen years of senior management experience, including positions at the Harvard Medical School, St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center of New York, and the State University of New York's Health Science Center at Brooklyn. Most recently, he has been a member of the executive team of a major academic health center and played a key role in the development of its research and clinical service delivery systems.

Ross has consulted to a wide variety of clients on organization development and restructuring, strategic planning, management development, and human resources problems. His clients have included universities, medical centers, government agencies, private foundations, professional trade associations, a major communications corporation, and one of the preeminent financial services firms.
